Bottled. Clear pale golden, faint head. Funky nose with mild citric tartness. Tart with slender body and crisp mouthfeel. Buckwheat, citric tartness, stone fruit and spicy hay. Mid bitter finish. Very elegant.

O:6.37 V:4.43 G:7.14 C:4.21 G:15.85 T:38.0

500ml (thx, Frank S.!) shared with Farees and Matt @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: bugs, farmhouse notes, crispy. Taste: nice Brett character, balanced, crispy, rustic. Overall: good one.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed yellow gold with small white head. Farmhouse quality, feint citrus, mild rustic notes. Enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is full of rustic farmhouse yeast, light peppery spiciness, and biscuity malt. Flavour is rustic and spicy, with rustic farmhouse yeast, lots of spiciness, some black pepper, and biscuity malt. Spicy, rustic and fairly vibrant. Very good.
