Bottle pour at Threefold. Pours murky deep mahagony with a light pink head. Lots of funky apple skins and musty vinous notes. Flavour is dry and vinous with lots of musty apple skins and a strong tannic finish. Fantastic cider.

[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Deep purple with minimal pinkish white head. Feint orange peel, apple skins, decent.

750 ml bottle. Pours a garnet read with slight pinkish head. Aromas of dark earthy berries, sharp tart grapes, and fresh cut apples. Flavors follow same with a little more emphasis on apples plus additional grape soda. Nice carbonation. Very dry.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a medium off-white head. Nose is full of barnyard funk, red grape skins, apple skins, and some leather. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of red grape skins, lots of tannins, barnyard funk, and crisp apple skins. Tannic, funky and vinous. Excellent.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITH priceless Rachel's help (got it back!) in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: purple. Aroma: bugs, fruity, a bit dry, cherries. Taste: same. Overall: a bit too dry, but it's good.
