16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ Matt's new place. Appearance: dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma: nice coffee with hops, roasted malts, and some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: pretty good for a black IPA with coffee (while any of these words except IPA don't sound good to me, lol).

Dark brown, thick head. The aroma is coffee, getting vegetal a bit, with again some hop and citrus. On the palate, big coffee, with some chocolate, with a bit of orange. The base is sweet, with a lot of coffee. Burnt, but it's pretty good still. Just not as good as the base on its own.

Poured from 473mL can. Black with full beige head. Lots of coffee on the nose. Coffee espresso forward with a bit of piney hops, more subdued than non-coffee variant, really nice, but more complex.

473mL can, pours jet black with a large dark brown head. Aroma is full of dark roasted espresso and lots of piney earthy hops in good balance. Flavour is bitter, with lots of bitter roasted espresso, roasted malt, and bitter piney hops. Cohesive, with a nice harmony between the espresso, roasted malt and pine. Excellent.
