[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Hazy gold with small white head. Rhubarb overpowers a bit here, mild funk, okay.

Opaque with a bubbly head. Lots of herbs - the gentian I imagine. Not bad, because gentian is a good time and there's a solid malty base. I like it.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy dull peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very earthy, with lots of earthy, juicy rhubarb, and some juicy stone fruits. Flavour is full of juicy rhubarb, tons of the gentian root, with wild yeast. Spicy, earthy and juicy. A bit confused and messy but has some pleasant notes for sure. Good but not that well calibrated.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITHOUT priceless Rachel's help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: herbs, funky, juicy Taste: same. Overall: good.
