Saison w/tangerine
Round three of our back-to-back re-releases from our debut beer lineup, A Many-Splendored Thing is the first beer we won an award for at last year's BC Beer Awards! We took a classic saison, and loaded it with tangerine puree to balance out the spicy bite of the saison yeast with a bit of sweetness. Perfect for the mid-summer season, one sip and you'll understand why we named it the way we did.

Peach and opaque, soft malts, nice bit of fruit to it. Maybe even a bit of hop in there.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright rustic farmhouse notes, light white pepper, and straw-like grainy notes. Flavour is full of dry rustic farmhouse notes, white pepper, and straw. Pleasantly constructed with a decent yeast profile. Decent.

Poured from 473mL can. Quite hazy gold with full white head. Belgian yeast, some pepper, touch of tangerine. Okay.
