Opaque and sort of peachy. Soft malts, acidity, kind of finding that the sour stuff clashes against what should be boozy richness. Not sold on the idea.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart cherries, red fruits, and brown sugar. Flavour is very tart, with tart red fruits, brown sugar, and moderate acidity. Lots of sour red fruits and vinegar. Messy and uncoordinated. Why ruin a barley wine by souring it?
