The fourth release from our oak foeder!

Aurora IPA is a radiant masterpiece that shines with every sip. This Brett IPA was aged in oak foeders using the solera method and blended with our previous release to create a harmonious symphony of flavours. The wild yeast, Brettanomyces, imbues the beer with an otherworldly quality, bringing out layers of juicy fruit and subtle funk. Aurora is deceptively light, with a soft mouthfeel and a bright, citrusy finish. Embrace the luminous beauty of this IPA and let it light up your taste buds.

[notes] Poured from can @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Clear orange gold with minimal white head. Harsh oak foeder, feint hops, astringent.

Dull and hazy. Light fruit. Mellow tartness. I don't think the brett took much yet, as it's just not screaming brett IPA.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear copper orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak, funky brett, and earthy hops. Flavour is full of funky brett, oak, and earthy hops. Funky and hoppy in good cohesion. Pleasant stuff.
