Foraged, terpene-laden Sitka Spruce tips contribute fragrant red fruit and bubblegum aromas nestled amongst a bed of fresh pine needles. Brewed with Field Five Farm barley and straw and bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces, this saison expresses springtime in the Cascadian bioregion.

Hazy pale, yeasty. Light influence of the spruce tip volatile oils. Mellow pale malts and medium bitterness on the base beer. Comes together pretty well.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out spruce tips, light oak, and rustic notes. Flavour is full of high carbonation, light spruce, and rustic saison yeast. Champagne-like effervescence, with a rustic, buggy finish.
