Pale. Light rose on the aroma and palate. Hints of fir and the apple character is quite good. Nice adjunct balance here.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy twig-like notes, light bugs, and some floral notes. Flavour is floral and buggy, with wild yeast, floral notes, and bugs. Floral, dry and carbonated. Good stuff.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITH priceless Rachel's help (got it back!) in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice sweet apples. Taste: same, but it's quite soapy. Overall: ok.
