Very pale, slight haze. Bright apple, with lots of ginger and a little bit of orange to round things out.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle orange peel, light apple skins, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is dry and carbonated, with gentle orange peel, apple skins, and some wild yeast. Not the most complex or integrated. Pleasant stuff though.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITH priceless Rachel's help (got it back!) in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde. Aroma: weird fermented apples with some botanicals. Taste: kinda better, more apples, less herbs. Overall: pretty good.
