[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Hazy gold with small white head. Oak, nice hops, rustic yeast note, decent.

Pale with a slight haze. Has a lightish brett note, mellow biscuity malts. It's actually pretty mellow overall...but not boring. Medium bitterness, light bugs.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out buggy wild yeast, rustic saison yeast, and some earthy twig-like notes. Flavour is buggy and twiggy, with lots of rustic wild yeast, saison yeast, and twiggy earthiness. Competently constructed and has some nice depth. Good stuff.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: rustic, peppery, juicy, a bit sweet. Taste: same. Overall: pretty good.
