[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Clear-ish blonde with small white head. Pepper and saison yeast, a little astringent.

Pale pink. Cloudy. Thin head. Nice stone fruit, with some mellow tartness. Good.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours an opaque dark pinkish reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, cherry pie, some oak, and some bugs. Flavour is fruity as hell, with tons of tart stone fruits, cherry pith, oak, and light wood. Lots of juicy stone fruits, with tons of oak. Juicy and fruity. Excellent.
