Pale pinkish colour. Light brett. Mellow fruit character, light tartness. It's refreshing.

Aug 14, 2023 (7/3/8/4/15=3.7): Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy pastel orange with small white head. Rhubarb forward with gentle tart funk notes, hint of wine, not really picking up cherry. Dry, lightly bitter finish, decent.
Aug 12, 2026 (6/3/6/3/12=3.0): Poured from 473mL can (from 2023). Clear-ish feintly pink gold with small white head. Dry, a little plastic note, hint of rhubarb. Average.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy pinkish peach amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, oak, and tart rhubarb. Flavour is loaded with rhubarb, wild bugs, rustic farmhouse notes, and oak. Rhubarby and funky, with a finish of the Syrah grape skins. Excellent.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: almost clear peachy with a white head. Aroma: funky with some fruitiness. Taste: same, pretty smooth, a bit bitter. Overall: good one.
