Brewing of Oregon's Tumalo Creek water, Full Pint malted barley (Mecca Malt), Mad Fritz malted Spelt from Idaho and malted Blue Corn from New Mexico. Its creators: Ale Apothecary and Mad Fritz collaborated with conservationist and fellow brewer John Parodi. This wild extraction was fermented in wood barrels, aged in a clay vessel for 9 months then bottled raw and sparkles naturally.

[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Hazed gold with small white head. Mild tart funk, light wood. Okay.

Pale gold, with a slight haze. Medium head. toasty, with a nice bit of brett on it. Some phenol, too, however, to its detriment.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy raw wild yeast, some gentle stone fruits, and oak. Flavour is raw, with lots of earthy wild yeast, and some rustic notes. Very raw, lightly earthy and some tartness. Raw and earthy. Solid but not really what I care to drink.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: weird wood and some herbal notes. Taste: same, very bready as well. Overall: nah.
