Cask. Clear yellow color, white head. Aroma of earthy citrus and herbs. Taste is herbal lemon. Not bad.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Fownes Frost Hammer ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity, light hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is yeast, citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a yeast, pine needle, grassy hop, light grapefruit citrus palate. Moderate to light bodied with average carbonation.

Sampled @ GBBF. Clear pale yellow to pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hops, a bit sweaty, lightly bitter, slightly fruity. Average body and carbonation.
