[ As Fownes Frost Hammer ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity, light hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is yeast, citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a yeast, pine needle, grassy hop, light grapefruit citrus palate. Moderate to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at ash’s. Pours clear golden, nose is floral, harsh toffee, taste is dry, toffee, lemon.

Sampled @ GBBF. Clear pale yellow to pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hops, a bit sweaty, lightly bitter, slightly fruity. Average body and carbonation.
