Draught at Seoul Gypsy, Itaewon, Seoul. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- bubble gum, citrusy, vanilla, spicy, herbal. FLAVOR- dry, lightly bitter, flowery, herbal, vanilla, citrusy, quince. Medium bodied. Tasty.

On tap at Seoul Gypsy, pours a cloudy pale golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out intense, crunchy farmhouse notes, earthiness, and some gritty toasted grains. Flavour reveals a nice fruity farmhouse character, some toasted grains, light esters, and some gentle earthiness. Nicely used yeast; the fermentation seems to have gone very well. Very good.
