750ml @ Phill's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: lemony, a bit dirty, some light bugs. Taste: along the same lines, quite artificial in flavour, sharp, harsh, and unbalanced. Overall: not good.

Slightly pinkish hue, but not hazy. Quite a bit of head. Had a big pop when opened. Has a bit of the saison yeast aroma, footy. On the palate, it has a medium sweetness, light hibiscus, the lemon peel comes in nicely actually. It's the malt base and the yeastiness I am not a fan of. It's a bit sweet, and the malts are simple, the yeast really simple. So there's an idea here, but more experience with this yeast seems to be the key to improvement.

Poured from 750mL bottle (nice pop on the opening). Clear light salmon orange with small white head. Hibiscus, lemon, honey, saison yeast, good carbonation. Decent, especially for a Twin City beer.

750mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a medium white head. Aroma is rustic and peppery, with lots of hibiscus, lemon peel, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is not as impressive, with sweetness, earthy hibiscus, rustic saison yeast, and light peppery notes. I like how vibrant and carbonated it is, but the earth, sweet flavours don't seem particularly well-designed. Good effort but this needs some work.
