(Bottle) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with lasting beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with caramel, treacle-toffee, dried apricots, candied orange peel, toast, pine needles and some chocolate. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of treacle-toffee, apricot marmalade, orange peel, toast, pine needles, red berries and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, one of the better amber ales I've tried. Very nice.

Draught @ Ølhus Helsinki. Pours ugly brownish color with a thick white head. Yeast, berries, malt, earth in aroma. Flavor has berries, yeast, malt. Messy.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av karamell, kolaremmar, smör, grapefrukt och toner av tallskott. Lagom sötma med tydlig och välbalanserad beska.

Flaska från SB. Bärnstensfärgad, lite disig, lågt smutsvitt skum. Doft av karamell, kolaremmar, småkakor, grape, tallskott. Smak som doft plus lite fruktkompott. Bra balans med fina kolasmaker utan att bli för söt. Tydlig men välbalanserad beska. Drickvänlig. Snygg och trevlig.

Bottle from Systembolaget. A bit hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of light hops, biscuits, some grapefruit and light caramel. Similar taste. Also some pineapple. Medium body and bitterness. A decent one.
