Pale and bright. Lowish bitterness, grainy, a touch of appley acidity, basically pale lager but decently executed.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 09 Aug 2024). Clear blonde with small white head. Clean grainy malt, average crispness, very feint grass hops, average.

On tap at Single Hill, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp crackery malt, a touch of grass and even slighter touch of spiciness. Flavour is dry and clean but under-hopped, with crackery malt, straw and a fairly deficient hop profile. Clean and drinkable but just lacking in hoppy vibrance. Uninteresting.

Can from the brewery. Golden yellow pour with a fluff of white head. Subtle hops a pilsner malt aroma, those same tones sort of rolls right into the flavor. Light bitterness, earthy and malty. Clean crisp finish. Admittedly pilsner is not one of my favorite styles, but I’d certainly drink more of this one.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Cant wait to go visit these guys on their side of the mountains, and drink all these delicious beers at the source. Pale golden pour, clean and clear, loose bubble foam head. Very subtle grain aroma. Pretty straight forward pils here, and just to my liking. Light and refreshing. Cool pils grain, with enough hops to get a good impression, but still true to the style. This is the beer I want paired with green grass and ball games. Awesome.
