On tap at Single Hill, pours a cloudy a cloudy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright passionfruit and mango upfront, with some yogurty lacto further back. Flavour is tart and fruity, with passionfruit, mango, moderate-to-high acidity, and lacto. Fruity, acidic and simple.
