Tap @ van Moll, several medium samples, served in a tulip glass. Slight hazy golden color, medium head. Aroma of fresh grassy hop, flowery, grapefruit, slight biscuity malts. Medium bitter in taste. Clean, crisp. Can compete with the top UK and US stuff, wonderful beer! Do we want less or more Valhalla? MORE MORE MORE!!

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy orange color, medium sized dense white head that lasts for quite a while and leaves decent lacing. Aroma is lightly malty, very nicely hoppy, floral and pretty strongly tropical fruits. Taste lightly malts, a lot of hoppyness, lightly floral, a touch of pineapple and tropical fruits, moderately bitter. Soft, velvety mouthful, soft but suitable carbonation. Absolutely lovely, but I think this hop will cause the beer to get sweaty quite quickly, so this certainly has to be drunk fresh. Goes for every IPA I know, but with this beer I feel it even stronger somehow. I had it as fresh as possible since it was just put on, and it was lovely.
