Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
On tap at Garden Path - Bellingham, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out whiskey barrels, medium roasted malt, a touch of dark sugars, and wood. Flavour is sour -- this seems infected -- with balsamic vinegar notes, medium roasted, light barrels notes. Why is this sour? Not good.
