750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has pungent raw coriander seeds, some spiciness, rustic farmhouse notes, some bugs, and a little oak. Flavour is complex and wonderfully cohesive, with lots of oak, tons of mixed wild yeast, light coriander, and some spiciness. Oaky, buggy, and lightly spicy on the finish. Really good.
