This light and easy-drinking beer is made with 100% local malt from @fieldfivefarm and hops grown in BC. All of the raw materials of this beer are grown and processed in our local bio region, the Salish Sea basin, and we love how this great-tasting lager both supports the community economy and lessens emissions while also maintaining the resilience of our local food chain.

Pale and slight haze, thin head. Lots of pale malt on the nose and a bit of herbaceous hop. Mild bitterness, medium sweetness. Malts slightly sticky but not a lot -not a bad malt character at all.

On tap at Darby's, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out straw, biscuity malt, and a bit of grass. Flavour is bright and peppery, with grassiness, straw and biscuity malt. Bright, clean, and crisp. Pleasant.

Poured from the tap. Clear pale blonde with small white head. Simple, some decent hop background. Would take their other offerings above all, but it’s serviceable.
