On tap at Double Shovel, pours a mostly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tart apple core, a nice floral hop character and a touch of farmhouse notes. Flavour is surprisingly good for a hopped cider — I usually hate hopped ciders — with notes of gently tart apple core, floral hops and a hint of funk. Finishes hoppy, tart and crisp, with traces of residual sweetness. Still not totally sold on hopped ciders but this is executed reasonably well.
