Poured from 375mL bottle (3rd anniversary - 2023 vintage). Black with very minimal beige head. Very nice bourbon character, good balance, enjoyable.

375ml (thx, Chris S.!) @ Matt's new place. Appearance: pours like oil, very dark brown with a weak dark beige head. Aroma: heavy barrel, some sweetness. Taste: super thick, very barrel-forward, quite sweet, great body. Overall: excellent barrel work!

375mL bottle, pours jet black with a tiny tan head. Aroma is pungent, with lots of smoked meat, smoky bourbon barrels, and big woody notes. Flavour is substantially better, with rich bourbon barrels, some light smoke, some smoked meat, dark sugars, and low-medium residual sweetness. Sturdy, with good complexity and balance. Excellent.
