375ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma: grapes, oaky creaminess, some funk and barrel. Taste: along the same lines, nice Brett saison and grapes notes. Overall: maybe it's a bit chaotic and harsh, but it's still very pleasant.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Lightly hazed gold with small white head. Vinous riesling must, touch of funk, very nice.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of musty white wine grape must, light oak, tannins, and some funk. Flavour is wonderfully vinous, with lots of white wine grape skins, rustic saison yeast, bretty funk, tannins, and oak. Really lovely vinous character, finishing musty, tannic and oaky. Lovely.
