375ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: clear (if you don't shake it, lol) pale copper with a white head. Aroma: fruity, Brett, barrel, some funk. Taste: along the same, quite woody and tannic, pretty nice grape character. Overall: pretty good.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear-ish amber gold with small white head and a very tiny bit of sediment. Aroma has some nice vinous reisling notes. Taste not quite as good as the flavour. A little musty, enjoyable.

375mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of white wine grape skins, musty, barnyard funk, and rustic saison. Flavour is very musty, with lots of musty grape skins, rustic saison yeast, and barnyard funk. Dry, musty, vinous and nicely funky. Very dry, funky and vinous. Excellent.
