Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, rough, white head. Fruity nose with some rather harsh phenols. Medium body, again fruity and slightly tart with some really unpleasant chemical phenols leading up to a rough bitterness. Get another yeast please! 240525

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, and wet hay, leading to a dry finish.
