Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a golden yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Floral hops in the nose, and they are one of the main flavours in the mouth as well, along with juniper. There is also apples and various herbs and spices floating around (not literally !). Finish is slightly bitter and herby. A bit strange, but OK A pretty good recreation of gin and tonic in a beer !

Cask @ Airdale Heifer, Keighley. Clear golden-blonde with a creamy head. Its gin influence is very evident within a hoppy ale with a mid bitter finish.
