Punertavan kuparinen hieman utuinen olut vaahtoaa alussa kohtalaisen reippaasti. Vaahdon laskeuduttua oluen reunalle jää kiva pieni vaahtokerros pitkäksi aikaa. Tuoksu on vahvasti neilikkainen sekä hieman kevyemmin kurpitsainen ja muutoin mausteinen. Maku on myös aika suora, lähinnä kuivan mausteinen. Lisäksi tämä on maltainen ja kurpitsainen . Pieni mausteisuus jää kutittelemaan kielen päälle pitkäksi aikaa. Keskitäyteläinen, melko runsashiilihappoinen ja aika raikas, kuiva kokonaisuus. Kuitenkin turhan yksiulotteinen mausteiden jyrätessä.

Kirkas, meripihkanvärinen kohtalaisesti vaahtoava olut, jonka vaahto katoaa kuitenkin nopeasti. Tuoksu on maitokauppaversioon verrattuna reilusti vahvemmin kurpitsainen. Höysteenä jouluista neilikkaista mausteisuutta ja maltaisuutta. Maultaan myös kurpitsainen, melko vahvasti maltainen sekä mausteinen, lähinnä inkiväärinen ja neilikkainen. Pehmeä ja hiilihappoinen, mutta hieman metallinen suutuntuma. Tuoksu on selvästi vahvempi maitokauppaversioon verrattuna, mutta maun metallisuus laskee tämän vahvemman pisteitä. Ei siitä pääse mihinkään, että tämä on heikoimpia esityksiä vuoden 2015 käsityöläisoluiden sarjasta.

fonefan 100415. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour is pumpkin, malt, caramel, spices, yeast. Medium body. A little bit weird and also ordinary beer.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy bronze colour, rich head. Distinct punpkin/cinnamon aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready with plenty of pumpkin pie. Low bitterness.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Stallhagen Pumpkin Ale ].ABV: 6.0%. Light unclear medium to dark red amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, pumpkin, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, malty, light to moderate pumpkin, light spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150301]

Bottle@fonefan (Bought at Alko Prisma, Vasa). Amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. aroma is mild pumpkin, some grains and mild herbal notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some grassy notes along with some subtle and balanced hints of pumpkin. Not overly sweet, but I think this one was slightly more boring than the 4.7 % version, which had a strong real pumpkin element to it.

330ml bottle received from Finn. Faint pearl white head to a clear amber body. Spotty lacing. Pumpkin smell with earthy malts, rather dry. Similar taste of mid-sweet pumpkin with underlying malts. Drying finish. Average (shared with djoeye, Tromsø 20.04.2015).

Flaske 330ml fra Alko Muonio. Drukket på Rundvannet 15 Apr 15. Varm brun. Lavt skum. Søt bæraroma. Smaken behagelig med samme bærpreg. Litt syrlig etter hvert. Bra!
