West Coast IPA (6,4%) in collaboration with our friends of @labierotheque . Brewed with English pale malt, a toutch of Munich (no crystal malts!) and a toutch of sugar to dry it out. Hopped heavily in the hot side with Columbus, Citra and Mosaic. Fermented clean with an American ale yeast strain and dry hopped with El Dorado and Mosaic hops. Familiar flavours of grapefruit, pot and pine with an elegant bitterness and just enough malt sweetness to balance it all.

Malmö February Tasting@Palace Hall (25/02/2023) - sweet malty with a caramel toffee sweet malty backbone, resinous bitter piney hops into the finish. Ok.
