Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen (23/02/2024) - New 🇺🇸 brewery ✅ big sabro prominence with rich juicy pineapple from the off, supporting layers of mango and tangerine, splash of passion fruit, sweet malty backbone, touch of blueberry into the solid hoppy finish. Lovely first impression.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of spices, hops, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

I have a 16 oz can that came from the local craft beer merchant, I believe he was rather proud of it. My Cowtown tulip glass is in place to catch the pour and so I proceed. I see the expected opaque milky-gold liquid finished by a stout head of snow white foam. The smell contains sweet citrus fruit and an indication of hoppiness. And so I lift the glass and take a drink. Oranges, varnish, a touch of tangerine sweetness, malt, hops and white bread. I am glad for the bitterness but get nothing I come running back for.
