La Salamandre est une New England IPA fermentée avec la levure Foggy London qui met en avant des arômes intenses de fruits tropicaux, souvent caractéristique des NEIPA, avec un côté brumeux et velouté. Elle est houblonnée aux cultivars Néo-Zélandais Southern Cross, Peacharine et Pacifica qui apportent des notes de citron et de pêche mûre, puis au houblon américain Amarillo qui vient renforcer son profil fruité, rond et aromatique.

A hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of yellow stone fruits, apricot, mango, yeast. Taste of juicy hops, yellow stone fruits, mango, citra, mild bitterness.

Canned 473ml. -at Beerselection Budapest. Murky orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, citrusy and light oaty nose. Citrusy, oaty, light peachy and touch of grapefruity with light herbal notes. Bitterish finish. Pleasant one.

Tap at Peders Turns 8 - Vol 1, Copenhagen 06/12/2024 Vibrant nectarine and peach to the fore, some citrusy grapefruit and satsuma coming in, nice n juicy and with a soft sweet malty support, medium body, balanced light bitter hoppy into the close. Tasty and refreshing.
