Cask @ Cask Pub & Kitchen. Hazy light orange color, medium sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste lightly malts, thoroughly hopped, nice fruity hops, nicely bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Nice.

Keg at the CP&K on 5th birthday day, as Bullfinch Cask. Lightly hazed pale golden with a moderate off white covering that retains. Nose is hoppy, light pine, mineral notes, grapefruit, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, lemon rind, touch of bread dough, biscuit, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with grassy hop bitterness. Ok SIPA, lacks hops and juicy citricana for me.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy pale gold lasting thick white head. Very hoppy. Fresh hop flower aroma and flavour. It’s creamy in the mouth and then hop tannin on the finish. I liked it. Good intense hop flavour. Tannin rather than bitter on the finish. I would happily drink this

Keg at the brewery. Aroma is spicy veg cucumber, some sulphur and citrus. Golden straw colour with a lasting thin white head. Flavour is spicy hop, biscuit malt, light veg cucumber. Assertive grassy spicy hop bitterness. Palate is mid body, moderate carbonation. Middle of the road.

Keg at the brewery - London. Pours clear, yellow gold with a foamy, white head. The nose has ripe lemon, some hay, grainy bread. Light sweet flavkr with pithy citrus, further lemon, some rind, cucumber, bitter and dirty hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter finish with more lemon rind and hay, pale bread, straw, ripening citrus. Not bad.
