Bottle 330ml (AbM)
Dark ruby, almost opaque color, tiny mostly vanishing off-white head. Light aroma has crisp berries and caramalt. Medium-bodied. Very strange, harsh bitter flavor with orange zest and herbal fernetbrancaness. Thinnish finish. Unbalanced and too weird.

Bottle at ChrisO’s thanks to Leighton. It pours deep brown with a tiny beige head. The nose is sweet, juicy, candied orange peel, chocolate, dirt, toast and earth. The taste is toasty, earthy, cocoa, light spice, wood, leather, faint orange and must with a short, dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy coffee brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of roast and some infected stuff. Malty hints. Bitter flavour of roast and metal, with rough notes of yeast. No carbonation. Rough aftertaste. Poor.

Bottle split at Chriso Easter Tasting, 04/04/15. Light mahogany brown with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is toffee, caramel, candied orange peel, light spice, sweet notes. Taste comprises biscuit, toffee, dark malts, chocolate, light orange tunes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. I didn’t find this one overly sweet, just a touch bland and whelming all told.

Bottle shared at chriso’s Easter 2015 tasting - London. Sourced from an online shop. Pours clear brown with a light, creamy head. Light sweetness, some leaves, toasted grains, burnt grass, earth. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Damp hay in the finish, more toasted leaves and grains. Minimal chocolate character. Eh, weak.
