Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy mahogany colour, mid sized head. Caramelly licorice aroma. Sweet and fruity with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of licorice and caramel. Little else. Low-medium bitterness.

Bottle, 4.9%. Sweetish and bready aroma, perhaps a little sweet liquorice. Clear dark brown colour with a red shine. Good stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is quite malty and creamy, perhaps a little papery. Like a flavourful Schwarzbier or tmavy. The finish has a faint salty ammonium note.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark ruby / copper brown with stable light beige head. Clear aroma of caramel, yeats and malt, with notes of butter and fruit. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and fruit, wit estery notes and an unravelling attack of sweet liquorice. Hints of hops. Sweetish and liquoricelike aftertaste. Enjoyable but rather demanding.

Bottle. Pours murky dark chestnut brown with large might brown head. Aroma is malt, cooked vegetables, grain and syrup - maybe with a hint of sweet licorice? Taste is medium sweet, faint bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is light syrupy with sparkling carbonation. Finish is mostly sweet with notes of white sugar, malt, licorice, anise and hints of mint. Rather boring and thin.
