Bottle sourced from Beer Republic and drunk at home (17/03/2022) Brut IPA #100 🎉 - pours a hazed yellow with a white head. Like the best of the this sub genre bone dry here but with punchy sabro and strata hop fruity notes to the fore, finding the yeast level rather overt but some nice hop spice bite surfacing, lingering bitter and bone dry finish. Ok.

Tap. Cloudy yellow, white foam. Aroma: wine, citrus, a little hay, fruity, slightly sour, candies, white wine. Sour taste, dry, citrus, slightly wine, herbs, light spice, bitterness, slightly unbalanced, very strange.
