This hazy, TIPA is similar to many of our other TIPAs, but features the addition of rye in the grain bill. The result is a peachy, tropical, and citrusy juice bomb with a uniquely zesty and slightly spicy rye character.

On tap at Tombstone PHX, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has juicy stone fruits, some pith, and light dankness. Flavour is juicy and sweet, with sweet stone fruits, vert light citrus hops, and some pith. No chalk or egregious hopburn, but barely any hops noticeable at all… or rye. It's alright.

Can picked up at Kihoskh, and drunk at home - hazed up orange with a white head. Punchy juicy fruity with a vibrant cross section of tropical citrus fruit, notes of mango and papaya, tangerine and cantaloupe, succulent peach flesh, thick dense rye malted mouthfeel and body, assertive balanced bitter hoppy finish. Lovely drop.

Pint can pours with an opaque muddy gold copper orange colored body that supports a nice off white head of foam. The aroma bursts with mango, peach, tangelo and then some clementine. Below the cloud of hoppiness is a thin layer of sugary sort of malt aromatics. The taste delivers loads of juicy and faintly soft mango, peach and a bit of guava. Quickly balancing out the topical notes are firm tangy and bitter citrus grapefruit and then more orange like tangelo and clementine. Toward the finish the hop bitterness does take on a slight tart astringent sensation that slightly distracts from the experience. Aside from that this beer delivers on all fronts as it's balanced, deep and rewarding with little sense of the big ABV.
