Gravity dispense at EBF ’18, 10/08/14. Hazed golden yellow with moderate off white edgework. Nose is strong elderflower, light smoke, spice, herbals. Taste comprises a big elderflower tang, straw, white pepper, florals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with skunky bitterings. Ok, does what it says on the tin - spice herb veg maybe ?
