A collab with the homie Curt from @voodoobrewery ! We wanted to try a treatment neither of us has ever done before, pistachios and chocolate!!
We roasted both pistachios(with a pinch of sea salt) and some amazing cacao nibs from Tanzania in-house! These were then added to our stout that had been aging in Buffalo Trace barrels for two years!!
- Voodoo imperial stout collab aged in Buffalo trace bourbon barrels for 24 months before being treated with pistachios, house roasted Tanzania cacao nibs, and a dash of sea salt.
