270215. Deep golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, pine, grass. Flavour is the same. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

[ As Taos Mesa Lunch Pale Ale ].Clear medium yellow to orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale ale, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity hops, hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150227]

Anver cikiyrm snakk wgute gead, Aroma is floral, fruity, some wooden and mildly resiny notes along with some sweet malts balancing the hoppy side up. Flavour is fruity, floral, earthy, bready and some sweet malts as well. Tasty brew which is somewhere between APA and IPA.

An almost clear one, dark golden in color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is a bit too much on the malty side I think, but there’s a nice hoppy fruityness and some pine cones. It’s quite bitter, with grassy, piney hops, some resins and a generic fruityness. Full body and a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting finish. Too much on the malty side this one I think, but it’s a decent beer anyway. 150227

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has light pine and citrus notes that are backed by sweet grains. Flavor begins with light grain and grass with some sweetness and light pine in the finish.

Tap @ Taos Mesa. Pours a clear, dark golden appearance with a light tan head. Herbal, hay, a touch spicy, a bit grainy aroma. Slightly bitter, cracker, pale grainy malty, herbal flavor that is a bit chewy. Ok.
