Cask (handpump) @ Baxter’s Court (JDW), 282-284 Mare Street, Hackney, Greater London, England E8 1HE. [ As Wychwood Hayburner ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, toffee, light hay and straw. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, doll, pale malt, light toffee, light wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20140809]

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light toasted malty. Crisp bitter, light herbal, kild citrusy. Bitter and medium dry finish, light malty.

Appearance: Dark golden colour with a small white head.
Aroma: Malt, bread, hops.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, hops, some fruit, Bitter finish.

Cask handpull at McCoy’s Watford. aroma is cider apple vinegar, grainstore, hedgerow. Light amber / orange coloured pour with a sticky lasting white head that coats the sides. Flavour is sharp berries, hedgerow hop, grainy, faint raspberry fruit. Palate is medium sweet, decent cask condition, moderate carbonation. Some grain tanin.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Hazy orangy color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly bitter, a hint of plastic, slightly dark fruits. Average body and carbonation.

Cask @ Cross Inn, Heptonstall. Amber with a thin creamy head. Some hops and a very slight orange aroma and taste with a medium bitterness.
