Bottle, 6%. Unclear amber with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, peach, citrus, orange, mango and zest. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, peach, zest, orange, little pine, little sweet, mango and medium bitter.

Bottle from Voldby. Hazy orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grapefruit. flavor is medium sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 250515

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Beerbliotek IPA Single Hop Galaxy ].Light unclear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, orange - citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, hop bitter, orange, sharp, fruity sweet, mango - wood, leather notes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150409]
