More! was born out of our dual hop program, where we mash up any/every hop we can in pairs to discover/uncover hops that are well suited to elevating each others finest characteristics

This IPA features (Mo)saic and Eu(re)ka(!), a mouth watering blend of hops that is delectably fruit forward; presenting assertive notes of tangerine, mango, and stone fruit backed by nuanced citrus, grapefruit rind and dank but soft lingering pine.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some light spicy hoppy notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some nice spicy notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is full for style with creamy texture and with good carbonation. Nice NEIPA but spicy notes are not my favorite.

Very impressive, strong juicy hops, with lots of citrus and smooth tropical notes, with a round creamy mouthfeel

(473ml can from the brewery webshop) Pours near-opaque orange-gold with a decent white head and lots of lace. Aroma of dank and kind of earthy stone fruit, bitter citrus peels, wet forest, tangerine and green mango, pine resin and bread. Flavor is off-dry and dominanted by underripe peach, satsuma, some green mango, soft floral tropical fruit, bready malt, rindy fruit Eureka vibes for sure, a little piney resin from the Mosaic especially in the dry moderately bitter finish. Medium bodied and creamy with slightly above average carbonation. I like Mosaic and am equivocal on Eureka, so the hop profile worked fairly well for me but is definitely on the unripe rindy resinous side. Well made brew though!
