Tap at Philosoph, Vienna. May 2025. Pours murky amber with beige foam. Aroma & taste: malt, caramel, vegetables, earthy. Light to moderate sweet with lighter bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Odd one.

Taster from tap at Beer Culture Days, Vienna. Amber murky color, small white head. smells light washcloth, earthy, peppery, tobacco, hints of mango. Ok smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes heavy veggies, peppery, washcloth, earthy. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of washcloth, earthy and peppery notes. Not good, heavy off notes

Ein Mitbringsel vom CBF 🛍️, das aufgrund fehlenden MHD gleich am nächsten Tag verkostet wird. Die Flasche mit dem freaky Skelett 💀auf dem Etikett wirkt wie die ganze Brauerei eher düster und makaber. Das Bier wird als Amber IPA verkauft und ist tatsächlich relativ hopfig-herb bei glänzender Bernsteinfarbe 🤎. Es mag eine volle Ladung Hopfenaromen haben, aber das Malz schafft keine wirkliche Süffigkeit.
