Unfiltered wheat beer, fermented with Ale yeast, made after the American approach.
Straw yellow in color, hazy with an imaculate white and generous head. The aroma is built upon the wheat, which brings forth very grainy and dough like notes and then topped up with loads of citrus fruit, thanks to the Amarillo hops via dry-hopping.
The aroma follows through into the flavor and is complemented by very few, delicate esters which settle upon a very light body, a super low bitter taste, but with a very lively carbonation and a slight refreshing tartness at the end.
Overall it’s a very light and refreshing unfiltered wheat ale, with low yeast character, super low bitterness and low ABV, strongly aromatic, but a bit tart and fizzy, which yields for extremely high drinkability.

Smell-weak wheat. Foam- thin, wheat, weak bitter tones, weak acidic tones. Head is small, white in color. Appearance-brewer bottle cap, interesting label. Cloudy yellow in color. From-pint Taste-weak yeast, wheat, citrus, weak acidic tones. Weak sourness. Quite meh.

Wem dieses Bier gewidmet ist, konnte ich nicht herausfinden, aber es wird sich wohl um einen bekannten Rumänen handeln...übersetzt heißt es soviel wie Alptraum von Baiazio. Also der unbekannte berühmte Rumäne hatte eine unangenehme Nacht. Es handelt sich um ein Weizen-Ale, kommt geschmacklich als leichtes Weizenbier rüber. Nicht übel, aber sonst eher fade. Man bekommt auch einige weihnachtliche Gewürzaromen vermischt mit frischer Hefe, aber auch das könnte intensiver sein.
