Úkol zněl jasně: vytvořme dobře pitelnou desítku. Vybrali jsme český chmel Bohemia, který do piva propsal jemné tóny bylinek a koření. Protože je v pivu jediný, promítl se i do názvu. Ze Single Hopu se střední hořkostí a plným tělem se stala jedna z vlajkových lodí pivovaru.

From tank at the brewery (thx people!), Hazy golden body, off-white head. Bready, herbal, bit dusty aroma. Floral, herbal hoppy taste, lovely really, dry body. Lasting bitter finish. Lower carb, which is to be expected from the tank, but this is is fantastic shape. I have to say I'm a bit of a fan of their lagers. nothing flashy, "just" good!

Tap at kiosk in Brno square. Golden tl amber color, classic frothy white head. Flavor of malts, biscuits, citrus, grass. Ean hops very herbal and floral. Taste is on the bitter side , not too strong. Deceny body for a dešitka, although a bit watery. Very Dry bitter finish.

Mein letztes Bier in der Biskupská pivnice, also quasi einer Art Bischofs-Beisl war dieses leichere Schankbier. Dieses war nicht so speziell, aber doch gut und gemütlich trinkbar. Ein klassisches Bier zum Essen und als Sommerbier gut, aber sonst wird es schnell fade.

(tap 0,5l @ Ponava (Brno) as Kos 10°) Clear golden color. Persistent white head. Medium sweet, malty, medium bitter, light floral hops. Good body for 10°. Good.
