Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, pane, cracker, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Pours amber with a lot of carbonation, frothy white head. Aroma of oranges, some caramel malt, very bright. Taste has sweet malts, well balanced, some more bright citrus notes. Palate has much of the same, lingering maltiness. Pretty good lager with some body to it.

Nachdem wir in Bus ca 3 h 7n der Nacht an der Grenze warten mussten, hatten wir zur Morgenstunde eine Pause an einer ukrainischen Tankstelle, wo ich neben vielen anderen auch dieses Bier fand, das für mich neu war. Es gab eine Zeit, da durfte in der Nacht kein Alkohol verkauft werden. Ich weiß nicht, ob das noch immer gilt, aber ich konnte es normal kaufen. Es ist ein klassisches Zwickl, auf dessen Etikett ein Wildschwein wild schaut. Offenbar heißt Kaban auf ukrainische Waidmannsprache Wildschwein. Meine ukrainischen Mitreisenden kannten das Wort aber nicht... Es ist recht leicht und mild zu trinken und (über)fordert nicht.
