English Fuggles and Goldings do a sterling job of balancing crystal and pale ale malts, working their hops off for a floral aroma and a satisfying bitterness that is subtle but, like us, in it for the long haul.

500ml bottle [3.8% abv]. Clear, pale amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity and floral hoppy aroma, hints of gooseberry, rose hip, a spicy yeasty touch. Taste is initially dry, slightly fruity hoppy with a gooseberry touch, some slightly sweet caramel malty support in the middle part, dry, strawy, grassy, "shrubby" fade out; light and slightly watery.

Bottle 500ml (ABM)
Amber color, steady small white head, some lace. Aroma is a bit strange berryish with floral and buttery notes. Perhaps hints of diacetyl? Light-bodied. Piney, floral and fruity flavor. Decent maltyness for this ABV. Lingering piney bitterness in the aftertaste. Pleasant taste after a bit odd nose.
